Under instructions from and on behalf of my client Sh Sanjay Kapoor, Group Chairman, AIRVOICE GROUP, at Plot no. 89, Sector 41, Gurgaon, Haryana, I hereby serve this notice on all concerned as well as on all netizens in general:
That Hon'ble Justice Rajesh Tandon, Chairperson, Cyber Regulations Appellate Authority, New Delhi has been pleased to pass on June 10, 2010, on the Complaint no. 3/2010, titled “AIRVOICE GROUP Vs. Ms. Chitra Chidambaram, Mr. Satya Prakash Sharma and Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan & Group, an order as follows:

Present application has been filed for compliance of the order dated 16 th of April, 2010.
Heard Sh Sanjay Kapoor in person.
I have passed the order dated 16 th of April, 2010 to the following effect:
“As I had directed in my order dated 21 st April, 2010, the Cyber Appellate Tribunal (Govt of India ), SSP, Chandigarh to register a FIR in this matter under the IT Act. Now it is very clear that all rumors were spread by Ms. Chitra Chidambaram, Mr. Satya Prakash Sharma and Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan & Group. They are found guilty of not only planting false stories against Mr. Sanjay Kapoor, Group Chairman of Airvoice Group but also found guilty of blackmailing him and his organization. They have been using fictitious names and identities along with E-mail ids to spread the rumors on different websites.”
I direct the police official to register a FIR under the Information Technology Act.
Further it is directed to inform all concerned for stopping/removing rumors and blackmailing remarks against Mr. Sanjay Kapoor, Group Chairman, Airvoice Group & its people through the website or any type of media.
In view of the above, the concerned authority is directed to lock the website/media print and electronic. The Adjudicating Authority is also directed in this regard for compliance of the order.
